Contact and request forms

When you contact us via a form we store your name, email address, optional details (company, budget) and your message in order to process the request.

The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR. Data is deleted once it is no longer required for the purpose.

Profiles in the SWARM network

Profile data of bands and creators (name, bio, images, links, contacts) is only published after explicit approval.

Contact details are only shown publicly when explicitly released. Consent can be withdrawn at any time — we unpublish the profile promptly.

Private profile editing via token links

Editing links contain a random token, are time-limited and can be revoked at any time. Editing pages are excluded from search engine indexing.

Hosting, database and storage

The website runs on cloud infrastructure. Database, authentication and media storage are handled by a processor in the EU region.

Technical access data is processed server-side to ensure operation and security.

External content and embeds

Third-party content (e.g. Spotify, YouTube, Instagram) is only loaded after your explicit consent. Until then you only see a placeholder.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection, as well as the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
